Mivil Deschênes
President
For the past thirty-five years, Mivil Deschênes has been a pioneer in the fields of physical and cyber security in the private and public sector. Hailing from the small town of Chicoutimi, Mivil started his career in the Canadian Armed Forces, where he successfully completed 20 years of service, receiving the Canadian Decoration as well as the Special Service Medal for his services with NATO.
Lili-Ann Mitchell
Chief Operating Officer
Lili-Ann Mitchell is a seasoned international security expert with more than 25 years of experience. She holds a master’s degree in criminology, specializing in corporate security, is a Certified Protection Professional (CPP) and Certified Information Security Manager (CISM).
Eugenia Tsatsos
Security Advisor
Eugenia Tsatsos is a certified Physical Security Professional (PSP) from ASIS International and accredited as Public Information Officer (NFPA 1035‑2015). She also holds a Certificate in Emergency Management and a Graduate Certificate Cybercrime Analysis from the Justice Institute of British Columbia.

With more than 35 years of experience and a diploma in police techniques, Jacques
Sénéchal is a specialist in security, fire safety, and emergency measures. Jacques’
mission is to support his clients in achieving protection and security objectives at the
tactical, strategic, and operational levels.

With a strong background in office administration, Kimberley Chinnarassen is a dedicated professional who plays a pivotal role in the Mirades team.
